Bowers Electricals joins Climate Expo 2026 as Workshop Sponsor
We’re delighted to welcome Bowers Electricals Ltd as the Workshop Area Sponsor for the Midlands Climate Expo 2026.
A leading UK supplier and manufacturer of power and distribution transformers, Bowers Electricals helps organisations improve the reliability, efficiency and sustainability of their electrical infrastructure.
At Climate Expo, the Bowers team will also be showcasing how transformer technology has evolved to reduce energy losses, operating costs and carbon emissions — including its B.E.S.T. (Bowers Energy Saving Transformer) range, which uses amorphous core technology to achieve significantly lower no-load losses.
What’s happening in the Workshop Areas?
Alongside the main Speaker Hall programme, delegates can choose from a varied programme of practical workshops, discussions and screenings throughout the day:
- British Business at a Crossroads: Sustainability in a Divided Landscape – Daniel Cope CEnv MISEP explores how businesses can communicate credible sustainability and build trust in an increasingly divided landscape.
- Net Zero Meets Heritage: Decarbonising Historic Buildings – Dr Elena Imani shares how Lichfield Cathedral is using digital twins, energy analysis and low-carbon solutions while protecting its historic character.
- ISEP Networking Event – an interactive opportunity led by Dr Rosemary Horry to exchange ideas, make connections and explore how we can help build a more sustainable future. Non-ISEP members are welcome.
- Lower Bills, Lower Carbon, Greater Resilience – Jo Hand explores practical actions businesses can take to reduce costs, cut carbon and prepare for climate impacts.
- The People’s Emergency Briefing – two opportunities during the day to watch this important film bringing together leading UK scientists and experts to explain the latest evidence on climate and nature, and what it means for the UK.
