Toby Shaw is a marketing strategist with a passion for sustainability, leading the commercial marketing team at ISEP and helping to shape the organisation’s strategic direction alongside the Senior Leadership Team.

With a career that has taken him through some of the world’s most recognisable brands – including Nestlé, Heineken, Sony, and Royal Caribbean – Toby has honed his skills in crafting innovative campaigns that drive both brand growth and meaningful engagement. His work blends sharp commercial insight with a belief that business can be a powerful driver of environmental change.

An advocate for sustainable practices, Toby brings this ethos into his personal life as well as his professional world, championing the idea that commercial success and climate responsibility can go hand in hand. Away from work, he’s a keen runner – though, by his own admission, a little slower with each passing year.
