Katie has been with TopCashback for nearly 13 years, having originally joined the Customer Service team before moving into Finance. Her varied role now covers everything from payroll and pensions to sustainability and carbon reporting, and more recently she’s taken on greater responsibility for TopCashback’s environmental work, helping the business better understand its impact and identify practical ways to reduce it.
