Dr Rosemary Horry
Environmental Management Specialist and Fellow of ISEP
Dr Rosemary Horry is an environmental management specialist, coach, and founder of More Naturally. A Fellow of ISEP she plays an active role in shaping the profession through her work on the Fellows Steering Group, Chair of the Midlands Regional Group and through her long-standing commitment to advancing sustainability practice.
With over two decades of experience in environmental management, academia, and organisational sustainability, Rosemary has led ISO 14001 systems development, contributed to major regional decarbonisation programmes, and supported organisations across sectors to embed meaningful environmental change.
Blending her environmental expertise with her ongoing MSc in Psychology, she now works at the intersection of sustainability and human behaviour, helping individuals and organisations move from misalignment to clarity, confidence, and more natural growth.
