Dare has been at the forefront of creating operationally carbon-neutral initiatives—such as the Woodland Village accommodation at LEGOLAND Windsor—and pioneering sustainable practices like edible straws and supplier engagement on carbon data.

With a career rooted in environmental science and built from site-level waste and recycling roles, Dare has grown to champion sustainability across the global Merlin footprint—spanning attractions like Alton Towers, Legoland, Sea Life Centres, and Madame Tussauds.
