The Skills Gap

The Skills Gap exists to close the gap between sustainability ambition and everyday capability. We help organisations move beyond siloed specialist teams by embedding confident, informed decision-making across their entire workforce.

We work in partnership with organisations across the apprenticeship and environmental accreditation sectors, part of a wider community of solutionists. Alongside this we offer a range of sustainability education and engagement initiatives, including The Learning Hub, our online sustainability micro-learning platform helping individuals and teams build real capability at their own pace. This September we’re launching a new Sustainability and AI course, helping people understand where these two fast-moving areas meet.

Founded by James, who brings 15 years’ experience building sustainability partnerships and capability across hundreds of organisations in the private and public sector, and notable organisations such as the NHS, M&S and Siemens.
