Iain Glendinning is Deputy Principal for Quality and Curriculum at Stoke on Trent college and has spent his career helping shape education programmes that respond to the changing needs of industry and society. His work focuses on developing curriculum and skills pathways that prepare learners for emerging careers and future economic priorities. Having worked in both land-based education and at a founding partner within the National College for Nuclear, Iain has first-hand experience of sectors at the forefront of environmental sustainability, climate adaptation and clean energy development. He is particularly interested in how education can support the transition to a low-carbon economy and ensure that future generations have the skills and knowledge needed to build a more resilient and sustainable future.
