We welcome over 120,000 guests per year and have a team of over 450 who are instrumental in moving forward our sustainability goals which pivot around avoiding the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance between economic growth, environmental care and social well-being.
Our achievements to date include finalist in the World Spa and Wellness Award for sustainability, winners of the British Renewable Energy Awards 2023. We hold gold status accreditation wit the Sustainable Spa Association, Future Plus and silver accreditation with Green Tourism.
The largest project to date is the successful installation of a Biomass energy centre which has enhanced the energy efficiency of the property by 99% sourcing wood chip from the local national forest to produce all the heating and water supply for the grade 2 listed property.
